Windsor Unified, which Ballotpedia says served 4,692 students in eight schools in the 2025 school year, has three at-large seats on the Nov. 3 ballot and four candidates. Voters pick up to three.
The candidates
- Rich Carnation (Incumbent), the board president, according to the Press Democrat. Carnation's county voter guide statement cites experience as a business owner and wrestling coach and says renegotiated facilities contracts saved the district millions.
- Stephanie Ahmad (Incumbent), an attorney and small business owner who has served eight years. Ahmad's statement points to the district's finances and a privately funded teacher and staff housing project at the former Windsor Creek site, and names academic achievement as the next priority.
- Patricia "Trish" Donoho (Business Analytics Director), a parent of four who leads analytics for a winery and has served on the Windsor High site council, according to her statement.
- Michael Brown (Local Retail Salesperson), who did not submit a statement.
Also on Windsor ballots: Measure J, a $96 million school bond, and Measure I, a town sales tax.
