Lagunitas School District voters will see four candidates on the ballot for three board seats on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, according to Marin County Elections' candidate filing list. Ballotpedia says the San Geronimo Valley district served 161 students at two schools in the 2025 school year, with a five-member board serving four-year terms.
Who is on the ballot
- Aaron Michelson (Incumbent)
- Charlotte Burger Troy (Mother)
- Ally Dukkers Wilson (Parent)
- David Cort (Retired)
The designations are from the county's filing list.
A race that may not be a race
The Point Reyes Light reported on Oct. 14 that a four-way contest had been expected for the Lagunitas board, but a candidate dropped out after ballots went to the printer. The paper says the only remaining contested race in West Marin is for the Bolinas Community Public Utility District board. The part of the article we could read does not name the candidate who withdrew. All four names stay on the printed ballot.
