Election Day only

The Bolinas Community Center and the Albert J. Boro Community Center in San Rafael's Canal neighborhood open only on Nov. 3. Every vote center is open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day.

Deadline note: Tuesday, Oct. 27, is the last day to ask for a ballot to be mailed to you, but you can still pick one up at any Marin vote center.

Drop boxes: Official boxes opened Oct. 4, under a new state law signed Sept. 19, which means the county voter guide lists the wrong opening date. They close at exactly 8 p.m. on Election Day. At a vote center you can also register, get a replacement ballot or use accessible voting equipment.
