Two Rock Union School District, which Ballotpedia says served 135 students at its single school in the 2025 school year, has three at-large seats on the Nov. 3 ballot. Voters pick up to three of five candidates.

The candidates (ballot designations)

  • Nicolas Noyes (Incumbent)
  • Joel Ruiz (School Trustee/Firefighter)
  • John C. Martin (School Board Trustee)
  • Laura B. Gutierrez (Mother/Medical Assistant). Gutierrez's county voter guide statement says Gutierrez attended the school as a child and now has two children there.
  • Mauricio Gutierrez (Heavy Equipment Operator)

Laura Gutierrez was the only candidate in this race to file a statement for the county voter guide.
