South Napa has a new tool store.
The store
Harbor Freight Tools opened at 1203 W. Imola Ave. on Friday, Oct. 30, the Napa Valley Register reported. The Press Democrat reported in August that the company signed a lease on July 30 for the 17,340-square-foot former Rite Aid in the River Park Shopping Center.
The store carries the chain's full lineup, including hand and power tools, tool storage, generators, and automotive, welding and outdoor gear. It is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to the Register.
Jobs and the North Bay
The company said the store would create about 10 to 15 jobs. Napa is Harbor Freight's seventh North Bay store, after Fairfield, Petaluma, San Rafael, Santa Rosa, Ukiah and Vallejo, the Press Democrat reported.
“We're excited to continue growing our footprint with the opening of our new Napa location,” store manager Lourdes Pizano said in a release.
