What Zillow shows
Zillow's Home Value Index puts the typical Concord home at $720,907 as of Sept. 30, 2026, up 0.2% from a year earlier. Zillow says homes go pending in about 26 days.
What it means for buyers and sellers
Concord is one of the busiest markets in Contra Costa County by volume, with 265 sales in September. The two sources show flat prices: Redfin's median is down slightly and Zillow's index is up slightly. Multiple offers are still common, but most homes sell near asking, not far above it.
Redfin figures cover the three months through September 2026 and compare with the same period a year earlier. Zillow's Home Value Index is a typical-home estimate, not a sale price, so the two numbers measure different things and won't match exactly.
