Zoe Lofgren had 71.7% (71,383 votes) to Shane Lewis's 28.3% (28,238).ABC7 shows the same totals and marks Zoe Lofgren as the incumbent. It lists the district as covering parts of Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties.

NBC showed about 54% of the expected vote counted.

All results are unofficial election-night and early-morning counts as of Wednesday, Nov. 4. Counties keep counting mail and provisional ballots for days, and certification comes later, so margins can shift, especially in close contests.
