What Zillow shows

What it means for buyers and sellers
San Leandro prices are roughly flat, but the market got noticeably faster: homes now sell in about 16 days versus 27 a year ago, and Redfin says most homes get multiple offers, often with waived contingencies. Buyers priced out of Oakland and Alameda are competing here. Compare with Hayward and Oakland.
Redfin figures cover the three months through September 2026 and compare with the same period a year earlier. Zillow's Home Value Index is a typical-home estimate, not a sale price, so the two numbers measure different things and won't match exactly.
