Second killing at the complex this year

It is the second fatal shooting this year at the roughly 600-unit hillside complex, Mission Local reported. In February, Cornelius Wigfall Jr. was shot and killed, and a child wounded, while he sat in his car at 25th and Dakota streets.

Potrero Terrace and Annex is one of the few remaining public housing complexes in San Francisco and is being torn down and redeveloped as mixed-income housing.
