What Zillow shows
Zillow's Home Value Index puts the typical Campbell home at $1,837,614 as of Sept. 30, 2026, up 2.7% from a year earlier. Zillow says homes go pending in about 25 days.
What it means for buyers and sellers
Redfin still rates Campbell "very competitive" (Compete Score 86), and the average home sells about 1% over list in around 22 days. But sales volume fell by about a quarter and nearly a third of listings took a price cut, so the market is slower than the spring rush.
Redfin figures cover the three months through September 2026 and compare with the same period a year earlier. Zillow's Home Value Index is a typical-home estimate, not a sale price, so the two numbers measure different things and won't match exactly.
