A two-day showcase of Taiwanese food and culture lands on the Peninsula next weekend. The USA Taiwan Global Expo runs Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 7 and 8, at the San Mateo County Event Center.

Funcheap describes the expo as a showcase of Taiwanese food, brands, lifestyle, wellness, culture, travel, technology and consumer products. It includes food vendors, product sampling, interactive experiences and a chance to meet brands entering the U.S. market.
SF Station's listing says visitors can try freshly made Taiwanese specialties from local food vendors, from street-food favorites to traditional dishes, and browse brands in food and drink, beauty, wellness and more. The organizers also promote Taiwan's travel destinations at the show.
