Tom Jones is coming to San Francisco. The Welsh singer plays The Masonic, 1111 California St. on Nob Hill, on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 8 p.m., as part of his Come Gather Round Tour.
The tour
SF Station notes that Jones co-wrote most of the songs on his latest material and traces his late-career revivals back to 1999's Reload. The night before San Francisco, on Saturday, Oct. 31, he plays Hard Rock Live in Wheatland, near Sacramento. That is the only other Northern California date listed.
