Santa Rosa's Measure L, which NBC Bay Area calls the Community Safety/Financial Stability measure, had 20,918 yes votes (66.55%) to 10,512 no. ABC7 lists it as the Santa Rosa sales tax.

Windsor's Measure I sales tax led 51.31% (2,602) to 2,469, and Rohnert Park's Measure K led 52.8% (3,782) to 3,381.

Both were close enough that late ballots could still change the outcome.

Windsor Unified's Measure J school bond had 59.1% yes, above the 55% that school bonds need.

All results are unofficial election-night and early-morning counts as of Wednesday, Nov. 4. Counties keep counting mail and provisional ballots for days, and certification comes later, so margins can shift, especially in close contests.
