San Rafael's Measure W had 7,366 no votes (60.92%) to 4,726 yes, according to NBC Bay Area.

Mill Valley's Measure T, a municipal service tax renewal, had 3,043 yes votes (79.49%) to 785 no. ABC7 labels it a special tax needing 66%, which it clears.

Paramedic taxes sweep

Eight local paramedic and EMS special taxes across Marin were passing with roughly 73% to 87% yes in NBC's results.

All results are unofficial election-night and early-morning counts as of Wednesday, Nov. 4. Counties keep counting mail and provisional ballots for days, and certification comes later, so margins can shift, especially in close contests.
