Measure O, listed by NBC Bay Area as an Extension of General City Services Tax, had 2,613 yes votes (63.89%) to 1,477 no. ABC7 identifies it as the Rio Vista sales tax with 64% yes.
The result contrasts with countywide Solano tax measures. Measure E (business license tax) and Measure H (hotel tax) were both failing by more than 60% to 40%, NBC showed.
All results are unofficial election-night and early-morning counts as of Wednesday, Nov. 4. Counties keep counting mail and provisional ballots for days, and certification comes later, so margins can shift, especially in close contests.
