Here are this week's East Bay food closings and changes, as reported by Nosh.

Souled Out Pastries

Souled Out made the seasonal cookies, doughnuts and pastries sold at Signal Coffee Roasters in Berkeley, Alameda and San Francisco. Baker Kelsey Soule announced on Instagram that the business is taking a break after six years, and Oct. 25 was the last day to get its pastries at Signal. Soule still plans pop-ups and other events and hopes to find an investor for a bakery someday. WhatsOpening lists the closing date as Sunday, Oct. 25.

El Charro Super Mercado, Fruitvale

The market at 1502 Fruitvale Ave. in Oakland is listed as permanently closed. Its owner told Nosh the closure was caused by a fire and that he plans to reopen a shop in Oakland in a few months. It sold groceries, meat, salsas, guacamole and grilled food.

Go Banh Mi, Emeryville

The banh mi shop inside Lanesplitter Pizza at 3645 San Pablo Ave. has closed, according to E'ville Eye. It opened earlier this year.

Taqueria La Familia, Berkeley

The taqueria at 2971 Shattuck Ave. at Ashby has a new owner, who kept the staff and menu and added Thai dishes. It is now called BKK Mexican and Thai.
