Belmont is electing an at-large mayor and two of its four council districts this year, but none of the three races is contested.

What is on the ballot

The city announced in July that District 1 and District 3 council seats, both four-year terms, would be on the Nov. 3 ballot, along with a two-year at-large mayor. Districts 2 and 4 are not up this year. The terms of Councilmember Gina Latimerlo, Councilmember Robin Pang-Maganaris and Mayor Julia Mates expire this year.

Who filed

  • Mayor: Julia Mates, running unopposed.
  • District 1: Gina Latimerlo, running unopposed.
  • District 3: Sarah K.M. Delisle, running unopposed. Pang-Maganaris is not on the candidate list.

Candidate lists are from The Ballot Book's compilation of official filings. Confirm your ballot with the San Mateo County elections office.
