BART will run on a single track between Pleasant Hill and Concord late at night Oct. 27–30 while crews install fiber-optic cable for its communications network.
Work starts around midnight and ends before morning service. BART says riders should expect delays of 10–15 minutes and possible minor delays to the last transfers of the night. It says all riders will still reach their destinations, and that the MacArthur "Grand Meet" and the final Antioch transfer will be coordinated.
Further work dates are Nov. 2–6, Nov. 9–11 and Nov. 17–18.
