Downtown San Jose's historic Hotel De Anza, at 233 W. Santa Clara St., has new food and drink. The Hedley Club and Palm Court opened in September, and a third concept, Tejer, is planned for December, according to Eater SF.
Who is behind it
The projects come from Cal-India Collective, the group of Srijith Gopinathan and Ayesha Thapar, with chef Enrique Gonzalez. Gopinathan is known for Michelin-starred cooking in the Bay Area.
What to expect
Hedley Club: the hotel's revived bar and lounge
Palm Court: a restaurant in the hotel's courtyard setting
Tejer: due in December, per Eater's fall openings list
The openings add to downtown San Jose's dining options near the SAP Center and Diridon Station. Check the hotel's website for hours.
